Invoices will be sent to the primary email address listed on the registration form once completed and received. Payments must be completed and received prior to your child participating in the 之前 and After Care Program.

  • Scheduling for this program is based on scheduled days. Schedules and payments are due prior to the first day of attendance for the week you want to schedule 之前 / After Care. 之前 School Care is available from 8:00 AM - 8:50 AM. 放学后护理 is Available from 1:50 PM - 5:00 PM. Drop-in care is not available.
  • 未付余额
    • If there is an unpaid balance, your student will not be permitted to attend the 之前 or After Care program until your account is paid or payment arrangements have been made with administration.
  • Refunds and/or credits will be made at the discretion of our billing department.
  • 作为责任方, you are legally responsible for any and all charges incurred for service rendered in the 之前 and After Care program pertaining to your student(s). You will be legally responsible for any outstanding balances and late fees should your account become delinquent.

It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure all health information for their student is updated and current. 如果你的孩子有糖尿病, 癫痫发作, 哮喘, a life-threatening food allergy or other severe medical condition, please include this on the registration form.

All COVID-19 policies, protocols, and guidelines apply during 之前 and After Care Program hours. 防护装备, 社会距离, cleaning regulations will still occur during these times beyond school hours. Please refer to all COVID-19 communication in addition to the illness/injury portion outlined below.

In the case of illness or injury, we kindly request you or one of your emergency contacts pick up your child within an hour of being called. All COVID-19 protocols and guidelines remain the same during the 之前 and After Care Program. Our policy requires that a child must go home if they have the following symptoms:

  • 100年热.4 or higher (child remains at home until fever free for 24 hours without the aid of medicine)
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (child remains at home for 24 hours after the last episode)

  • Undiagnosed rash or excessive itching
  • Excessive coughing or sneezing

    • Students may utilize the computers, on campus, during designated times. Students may only visit a list of approved websites.

  • If you are going to be late picking up your student(s), you will need to call the campus where your student is participating in after care. After the third late occurrence you will be charged a fee of $5.每个孩子每分钟00美元. We will evaluate if you may continue to use our program.
